INDUSTRIES, LLC Pricing Errors
In
the event a products price is listed incorrectly due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,
HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HANSON
INDUSTRIES, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect purchase.

Hanson
Industries reserves the right to ship over/under run on all
orders as follows:
Orders Less Than 250 units subject to 10% over/under run.
Orders Greater Than 250 units subject to 5% over/under run.

HANSON
INDUSTRIES, LLC Order Cancellation All Sales are
final.
In
the event you cancel your order, You Will
not be issued a refund. ALL sales requiring custom printing,
file preparation, proof submittal and or printing are final.
Order cancellation for non printed products HANSON INDUSTRIES,
LLC shall charge a 25% order cancellation charge.
If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled. HANSON
INDUSTRIES, LLC will issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge less 25%.
Orders that require freight to be added and are not eligible for
free freight will be charged freight at the time of shipment.
Your account will be charged the day of shipment for the freight
charges incurred.

When
you place an order with HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC, we ask for
your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of
the order, your credit card number and expiration date and
your email address. We consider this information private. We
use the information only for the limited purposes of processing
your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and
services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you
of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
In the event you do not wish to receive promotional email from
HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC, please follow "remove" instructions
in all HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC e-mails, or you may send us an

list your e-mail address as the subject.

Credit
Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Card and PayPal on request. When your order is placed your card is charged. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with
HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC. We also offer payment via
electronic check, we offer a 2% discount on your order total if
you elect to pay by electronic check. Paper checks do not
qualify for this discount. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number-the address and phone number your
credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card
PayPal and or electronic check will be
billed upon placement of your order and also the
day of shipment for any freight charges that may have been
accured.

Sales
Taxes
HANSON
INDUSTRIES, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within Minnesota. Each customer shall be responsible for all
sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
state or country. Should you provide a sales tax
exemption certificate or not be charged sales taxes you agree to
be be 100% responsible for any and all sales taxes requires to
be collected for your account should you be responsible
Manufacturer's
Warranty
All
returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice
date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's
warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available
directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information
is subject to change without notice. Disclaimer and Limitation
of Liability as to Products Sold All of HANSON INDUSTRIES,
LLC products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from
the date of the invoice. All printed and custom
printed products sales are final.

REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF

SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, HANSON INDUSTRIES,
LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY
TO HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON
THE HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC SITES SHALL BE THE
